Builders Association Holds Annual Golf Outing

The Builders Association held its Annual Golf Outing at Avalon @ Squaw Creek on August 19, 2013. The format was a scramble and was attended by 124 golfers. Pictured to the right is the low team of Nate Mullen, Dave Howard, Kevin Dougherty and Pat Corcoran. Second place went to the team of Dave Eyster, Dave Luntz, Paul Logan and Tom Nentwick. Third place went to the team of Jaki Thomas, JD Babyak, Ryan Babyak and Bob Ciatola. The most honest team prize went to Ed Stevens, Terry Mariacher, Joe DeRosa and Ed Van Dusen.

Closest to the Pin prizes were won by Dave Luntz, Bob Ciatola, James Slater and TC Dankovic. Closest to the Pin on the second shot prizes were won by the teams of Doug Lumsden, Jr., Dave Spears, Mark Wenick and Dave Dobstaff; Jaki Thomas, JD Babyak, Ryan Babyak and Bob Ciatola; and John Handerhan, Bob Daloise, Jim Baker and Tim Handerhan. Longest Putts were won by Josh Pisarchik, Jeff Mason, Jason Emch and Matt Sega. Longest Drives were won by Bill Grebb, Dave Cusino, Nate Mullen and Jaki Thomas. Straightest Drives were won by Rich Heichel and Craig Steinhoff. Shortest Drive was won by Jim Baker. Unfortunately, we did not have any winners of the $10,000.00 cash for the hole in one donated by Huntington Insurance.

The Builders Association would like to express its gratitude to Hill, Barth and King, LLC for sponsoring the Putting Contest and providing prizes for the first, second and third place participants. The Builders Association would also like to express it gratitude for skill prize donations by Fifth Third Bank, Yurchyk & Davis CPA’s, Compensation Programs of Ohio Inc., L. Calvin Jones & Co., The Bogdahn Group, Bodine Perry, LLC, and J.P. Marsh & Co and raffle prize donations by CompManagement and Power Tool & Supply, Inc.

Two skins were also handed out during this year’s outing. The first was won by the team of Greg Evans, Bill Grebb, Dave Cusino and Josh Pisarchik on Hole #4. The second was won by the team of Nate Mullen, Dave Howard, Kevin Dougherty and Pat Corcoran on Hole #7.

Mike Fagert was the raffle drawing grand prize winner of a new set of Cleveland golf clubs including woods, irons and a bag. Mike and other prize winners are also pictured.
